Rico Suction Labs, Inc., warrants its suction systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of sale. Rico reserves the right to repair OR replace defective goods that have been used under normal operating conditions.

Electric motors and vacuum pumps will be warranted according to the policies of the motor and pump manufacturer.

Liability is not to exceed the value of the unit sold.
